ROSE STREET DOES NOT ISSUE REFUNDS.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may be able to exchange or return for store credit. This applies to purchases made within the USA.
ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on any orders placed and/or shipped outside of the USA.
Due to the limited availability of the merchandise, we offer exchanges and store credit only, no refunds.
- For in-store purchases, returns must be made within 14 calendar days from the purchase date.
- To be eligible for a return, all goods must be returned unused, unworn, and in the same, brand new condition that you received it.
- Only regular priced items may be returned; sale/discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Gift cards cannot be returned.
- Any board that is gripped is final sale.
- We reserve the right to deny a return or proportionately reduce the level of the refund based on the condition or scenario it's attempting to be returned in.
For online orders:
- For orders placed and shipped in the USA, notify email@example.com within 14 calendar days from the date that you received your order to obtain authorization for return, and instructions for returns.
- Shipping fees are non refundable. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. A service with tracking information is strongly encouraged when shipping a return package.
- Rose Street is not responsible for lost, incorrectly addressed or damaged return packages.
- All sales are final for international orders. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on any orders placed and/or shipped outside of the USA.
